Great location with a lovely conservatory to soak up the sunshine 🌞. very close to all the other cool places around and the beautiful seafront.

Very nice place. Welcoming staff. Very clean and all appliances brand- new and working. And so close to the beach.

It was a very positive stay for one night. The location in a domestic area was marvelous. There were a shopping area and a market nearby. There was a pleasant restaurant around 10, 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel's location was beachfront, to a very high standard with views of the sea. Further, it was adjacent to all the The pier and all the town centre, train station, Roy and Sharon and town center.

Had a very nice stay mark and karen very friendly and helpful a pleasure to stay there for the two days we were there.would reccomend to my friends who want a weekend break.breakfast very good room very clean 10 out of 10

Karen and Mark made us very welcome. The room was comfortable but at the front of the Hotel which was a little noisy. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Fairly near to the centre of Eastbourne if you need any shops and close to the beach.Safe to walk with children along the beach.

The room was a little shabby, carpet needed replacement but we enjoyed our one night stay. Shower was good. Having said this we saw other rooms which were very nice.

The staff here are exceptional and provide great service, the location is amazing with plenty of local restaurants nearby, and our modern double room had a fairly clean bathroom.

Long walks possible on the boulevard amd on the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Very clean room, and all rooms are set out nicely to high standard. Owner Mark was friendly, But not the same can be said for Karen. I didn't get on with her after parking issue.

At trhe bottom of there web site it states Ample Free Parking on street. But we turned up on sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock to find no spaces, we even parked on double yellow lines while walking around the other roads looking for spaces for 20 minutes....Please note there is no freeview in eastbourne till 25th september 2011, so only 4 channels in the rooms.

The English breakfast is incredible. Tea and toast are appetising. - the staff is lovely. - the location of the hotel is charming, just next door to Eastbourne. - the hotel is very pleasantly decorated. - the Redoubt tower, Treasure Island, and the Parade Bowling club are nearby.

Nice accomodation. Great breakfast and hospitality. nice owners.

Its a bit of a long walk from town centre. other than that its on seafront, nice and quiet.

We stayed in the Garden room - a beautiful green room with a sea view. The room was spotless and we had a great night sleep.

The floors were a bit squeaky (we could hear people walking in the villa).

The hotel is great value in general. the rooms are neat and generally offer a well stocked fridge, a settee, and coffee facilities. - the breakfast is superb at 8:30 am, had fantastic food. It was on the seafront .

I was in the only single room and the traffic noise was very disturbing and really affected my sleep. I had a problem with my late arrival although it had been pre-notified .Breakfast was ok but quite early.

Fairly clean and well-maintained place. Glorious views of the sea. - Marvelous and lovely location, close to the bowling green and sea. - Welcoming service and great food.
